This very dynamic and extensive training will build a foundation in body awareness through education and practice in the unique O. N. E. Method. The athlete will be trained in the use of Oxygen (the breath), Nutrition, and Exercise; the Internal Fitness Series, to increase performance while supporting the body's primary functions and minimizing injury, fatigue and illness. With diligence the athlete will excel far beyond present performance and reach maximum potential. This trainnig has the potential to increase the trajectory and length of an athletes' career, and give her/him the tools to maintain health and athleticism long after competition.
